Today, 1st March 2018, I successfully completed my first 6 months of job in Monstar Lab.

It was the best decision I ever made. I am experiencing and exploring the new world where I meet people from all around the world who speaks different, thinks different and act differently. I am one of the satisfied employees as I am working with the best people in the world.

Here everyone work as a team such that if someone fails today he will be supported by others to tackle the problem this will definitely make everyone confident and comfortable because entire team will have a feeling that “I am not alone, I have a strong team with me“

Most importantly, this is the place from where I learned “be kind enough and do your best” - so I think my overall personality is also improving along with professional growth.

Looking forward to a successful year

There are no Indians in my city still I am comfortable in Japan its because Japanese people are the best people in the world.They keep me motivated all the time and help me whenever I am in trouble.

I hope more Indian engineers will join my adventurous trip soon.
